11. Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors who wish to withdraw a submitted manuscript must notify the editorial office in writing. The request must come from the corresponding author's registered email address and must clearly state the reason for withdrawal.

11.1 Withdrawal before Peer Review

Manuscripts may be withdrawn before peer review begins, subject to confirmation by the editorial office that the review process has not yet started. The editorial office will process such requests promptly.

11.2 Withdrawal during or after Peer Review

Withdrawal during or after peer review is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Editor-in-Chief. The journal may decline a withdrawal request where unresolved concerns exist about publication ethics, authorship disputes, simultaneous submission to another journal, or other matters of misconduct.

11.3 Withdrawal after Acceptance

Withdrawal of a manuscript after formal acceptance requires the written consent of all listed authors and a satisfactory explanation.Silent withdrawal—abandoning an accepted manuscript without formal notification and justification—is considered a breach of publication ethics. The journal may notify the authors' institutions if a withdrawal after acceptance is handled in a manner that constitutes misconduct.

11.4 Manuscripts under Investigation

The journal will not process a withdrawal request for any manuscript that is currently under investigation for a suspected ethics violation. In such cases, the investigation will be concluded first, and the outcome will determine the appropriate course of action.
